American comedian and talk show host Jimmy Kimmel has once again let the team at Lie Witness News loose on packs of unaware festival-goers, confusing this year’s South By Southwest attendees into awkwardly hyping up fictional bands.
A trusty Lie Witness News reporter asked festival-goers which of I’m Not Done With The Salad‘s two albums was their favourite: I’m Not Tipping or the undeniable classic Did It Look I Was Finished? The stunning new release from Game of Thrones‘ King Joffrey, Watch The Iron Throne, is also discussed in detail without any prior knowledge. Watch it all unfold below.
This hilarity follows on from Kimmel’s similar vox pops at last year’s Rock The Bells festival in the US, as well as another brilliant segment from Coachella 2013. Some of the actual artists appearing at this year’s SXSW music conference include Soundgarden, Lady Gaga, Vance Joy and Gary Numan, alongside many, many others on the bill.
