Tasmania’s super exclusive PANAMA Festival has unveiled its first artist lineup 2015, led by psych guitarist Bombino, American singer-songwriter Sharon Van Etten, Melbourne soul outfit The Cactus Channel and Aussie all-rounder Ben Salter.
Also announced for PANAMA are the appropriately named gospel/blues band Harmony, Melburnian lo-fi garage trio Scotdrakula and Tasmania’s own prog-rock and jazz-fusion experts Violet Swells.
Set amongst a cider brewery in Panama Forest in north-east Tasmania, the boutique festival will again be limited to 1000 tickets this year. Those lucky enough to grab a ticket will enjoyed wood-fired hot showers, freshly-brewed cider, local food stalls and even some cabaret.
PANAMA Festival 2015 will take place on 7th and 8th March 2015. View the first lineup announcement alongside ticket details, below, and stay tuned for further announcements.
