Musically gifted Australian siblings, Angus & Julia Stone, will be heading out on another national tour in February 2015, in support of their latest release, the self-titled album, Angus & Julia Stone.
Following up their recent sold out 2014 national tour, in the new year Angus & Julia Stone will head back to capital cities and a few regional centres, performing at some of Australia’s most iconic venues.
The tour will kick off in Perth at Kings Park on Wednesday, 4th February, before moving on to shows in Darwin, Cairns, Townsville, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne. The Sydney show will be held in the Opera House Forecourt as a part of the inaugural week-long On the Steps series of outdoor concerts, a new addition to the 2014-15 Music at the House line-up.
Angus & Julia Stone recently finished a sold out North American tour playing to capacity venues in New York, LA, Washington, Boston and San Francisco and are about to embark on another massive European tour. They’ll head back to the States following their 2015 national tour as a part of the South by Southwest Music Festival lineup.
Joining Angus & Julia Stone on the road for these Australian summer dates will be Cloud Control and Jarryd James on the full run of national tour dates, plus Little May for the shows in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.
