French pop duo Yelle are returning to Australia for a handful of headline shows in capital cities this March. We’re presenting the tour, and we want you to go along — so we’ve got some tickets to give away!
Audiences in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne will get to see the pair — that’s Yelle (real name Julie Budet) and GrandMarnier (real name Jean-François Perrier) — in full pop force, and Music Feeds has a double pass to hand to one lucky punter in each of the four cities.
When Yelle return to Australian shores, their electro-pop catalogue will be bolstered by their third studio album Complètement Fou, which was released in Australia last October. Catch the album’s title track, below.
For your chance to win a double pass to a Yelle show in your city, email your full name, date of birth, contact phone number and choice of show to giveaways@musicfeeds.com.au with the subject line, “Yelle Giveaway”, along with the answer to this question:
What does ‘Complètement Fou’ translate to in English?
(Hint: The answer can be found here!)
Entries for each city close at the following times:
Perth – Tuesday, 24th March, 2pm AEDT
Sydney – Thursday, 26th March, 2pm AEDT
Brisbane – Friday, 27th March, 2pm AEDT
Melbourne – Friday, 27th March, 2pm AEDT
Best of luck! Details of Yelle’s 2015 Australian tour are available below.
UPDATE 14/02/15: Yelle have cancelled their upcoming Australian tour, citing “unforeseen international commitments/conflict” as the reason for the cancellation. The band have ensured they are “working on alternative future plans” but replacement dates have yet to be announced.
