Feeling a bit dazed by all the Splendour In The Grass? Allow us to mow it for you. Here’s the day-by-day breakdown of the Byron Bay festival to help you start mapping out your itinerary for this year’s instalment.
Day 1, which takes place on Friday, 24th July, will be headlined by superstar DJ, producer and Uptown Funkster Mark Ronson, propped up by the likes of Of Monsters and Men, Peking Duk, Ryan Adams and Death Cab For Cutie. It will also lay claim to English space rockers Spiritualized’s only Australian show.
Day 2, which according to the rules of maths will kick off on Saturday, 25th July, will be headlined by powerhouse indie outfit Florence + The Machine and will feature The Dandy Warhols’ only performance on our fair shores.
That means Day 3 takes place on Sunday, 26th July, and will be headlined by one of the festival’s biggest drawcards, Blur. They’ll be supported by homegrown heroes Tame Impala and UK rock power-duo Royal Blood in their only Australian show.
Check out the full breakdown below. Tickets for the festival go on sale on Thursday, 23rd April, with prices set at $365 + bf for a 3-day pass, or single days at $155 + bf. Complete details are below.
