Aussie four-piece The Bennies are celebrating the impending release of a new album by heading out on tour.
The larrikin rockers will release The Wisdom Machine on 25th of March and will immediately follow it up with a 11 date tour of Australia covering most of the country.
The Widsom Machine is The Bennies’ first record since 2013’s Rainbows In Space and follows on from a handful of overseas and national tours as well as a slamming set on the Victorian leg of Falls Festival.
We’re not really sure what exactly to expect from the album just yet but Party Machine – released last year – was a raucous, energetic cut that shows they aren’t losing their rock edge anytime soon.
On this latest national tour the band will be joined by Minneapolis punks Off With Their Heads and Adelaide rockers High Time. It’s set to kick off in Launceston and end about a fortnight later in Maroochydore.
