The music world has been abuzz of speculation these last few weeks that Rage Against The Machine members are preparing to announce their new supergroup Prophets Of Rage, set to feature three quarters of the band minus Zach De La Rocha – but with the the addition of Cypress Hill’s B-Real and Public Enemy’s Chuck D.
In honour of their partial comeback, Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix has joined Disturbed on stage during their set at Ohio’s Rock On The Range festival. They then broke out into an infectiously energetic cover of Rage Against The Machine’s seminal classic Killing In The Name Of.
Disturbed are no stranger to classic covers, having topped charts recently with their take on Simon & Garfunkel’s The Sound Of Silence .
