Smashing Pumpkins have just released their new song from the Teargarden by Kaleidyscope album. The album will have 44 tracks all up and the band has been releasing one at a time over the past year. Billy Corgan has dedicated the new song Lightning Strikes to his collaborator Mark Tulin.
