Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced the Australian release date for the first single off their upcoming album, I’m With You. The track will be named The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie and will be the band’s first song release in four years.
19th of July will be the scheduled date for its release in Australia, but I’m sure we’ll have a sample of the song a day or two earlier than its expected release date you can listen to the new single The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie now. Along with the single announcment, we also have the cover art for the album, which features all of the current members of the Chilis including (almost) new guitarist Josh Klinghoffer. The single cover art is a change in style from the recently revealed album cover art, which was done by English artist Damien Hirst.
I’m With You will be the band’s first album since 2006. It’s set for an August 27th release date.
