Melbourne indie rock quartet Press Club have skipped into the triple j studios to perform a high-energy rendition of The Killers‘ Sam’s Town hit ‘When You Were Young’.
Press Club do pretty much everything high-energy, but if you thought ‘When You Were Young’ was already a tune and a half, then you’ll appreciate this Like A Version, with frontwoman Natalie Foster’s powerful vocals and stage presence throwing some more urgency behind the classic track.
While they were in the triple j studios, the band also performed their original single ‘Headwreck’ (from their album Late Teens) with so much passion and vibrance, making for a really fun watch.
Press Club have also today announced a headline east coast tour kicking off on Saturday, 3rd November, which will come straight off the back of their support slot on Ceres‘ mini-tour, winding up 2nd November.
