It’s been almost four years since Slash was on our shores in solo mode, but with a brand new record with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators out this week, we shouldn’t have to wait too long for his return.
Speaking with Music Feeds contributor Anna Rose, Slash’s frontman-in-chief, Alter Bridge singer and all-around vocal powerhouse Myles Kennedy, says the perennially top-hatted Les Paul slinger is planning to come back to Australia ASAP.
“Hopefully soon!” the skyscraper-voiced singer enthuses. “[It’s been] too long!”
He continues, “I would love to get back there myself. Some of my earliest, oh geez, one of the first gigs we ever did was in Australia many years ago, so it’s definitely part of the equation.”
Slash will release his new solo record Living The Dream tomorrow. It marks the legendary human riff machine’s fourth solo record (his third with Myles & co.).
Stay tuned for Music Feeds‘ full chat with Myles, dropping tomorrow.
