Bendigo’s getting a new festival, aptly titled ‘Bendigo Autumn Music Festival‘, and its first announcement of its first-ever lineup has been announced. It’s a real doozy.
Heading this first announcement is Kurt Vile, whose performance will be a part of his Bottle It In album tour. Also on this first round of acts are Cash Savage, The Cat Empire’s Harry James Angus, Saskwatch, Emily Wurramara, Alice Skye and loads more.
With the first lineup finally being announced, festival director Glenn Wright released a statement saying how proud he is of this event and how excited he is for its debut run.
“It’s great to be able to shine a light on Melbourne’s incredibly vibrant and diverse music scene at the same time as showcasing some of the great acts from the region,” he said.
The festival will be held in the last weekend of April 2019, and will take place across a range of iconic music venues in the area.
