Tool fans, the day has arrived. After months of teasing (not to mention years of waiting) Tool have finally made their back catalogue available to fans across digital streaming services.
That’s right folks, for the first time albums OPIATE, UNDERTOW, ÆNIMA, LATERALUS and 10,000 DAYS have become available on various digital service providers, including Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube Music and more. Pick your poison, here.
“Our obsession with, and dream of, a world where BetaMax and Laser Disc rule has ended,” says Maynard James Keenan in a statement. “Time for us to move on. But never fear. There’s a brand new thing we think you’re really gonna dig. It’s called Digital Downloads and Streaming. Get ready for the future, folks!”
The back catalogue digital release comes as the band gear up for the August 30 release of MUCH ANTICIPATED new album Fear Inoculum. The band recently performed two new songs – ‘Descending’ and ‘Invincible’ – at their headline set at Welcome to Rockville in Jacksonville, Florida back in May.
Until then, go forth and stream.
