Red Bull Music Festival has been a live music establishment across the world for a while now, but it is finally heading to Melbourne with an absolutely stellar lineup of some of the world’s freshest acts.
Spearheading the bill is Aussie-Zambian lyrical genius, Sampa The Great, who is also on the cusp of releasing her highly anticipated debut album The Return.
Helping Sampa hold down the fort for Aussies is fellow rap trailblazers Baker Boy and KWAME, neo-soul goddess KAIIT and plenty more
But there’s also a slew of other huge acts from across the globe that are gracing this festival. Chicago’s Joey Purp, New York’s BAS, South Africa’s Thandiswa Mazwai and others will also be helping Red Bull Music Festival make its debut Melbourne run.
The festival will run across six days – Tuesday, 15th October to Sunday, 20th October – and will be spread across nine events in nine different venues. You can familiarise yourself with the full itinerary here.
