Surprise! Glass Animals Are Playing A Pair Of Intimate Australian Shows In A Few Weeks

British outfit Glass Animals will head our way in a few weeks to play two special headline shows; one in Sydney, and one in Melbourne.

The indie pop four-piece will play the Prince Bandroom in Melbourne on Monday, 18th November – three weeks from now – before playing the Factory Theatre in Sydney the following evening.

It’s been a relatively quiet year for Glass Animals. In July 2018, drummer Joe Seaward was seriously injured in a road accident, forcing them to cancel a slew of international tour dates.

In July of this year, the band posted an update that suggested Seaward had recovered from the incident, saying “A year ago my best bud [Seaward] couldn’t walk or speak… much less play the drums. But look at him now.”

It now appears the group are back in action, having also announced a show in their hometown of Oxford, UK. They were last in Australia for Falls Festival over 2017/2018, supporting second album How to Be a Human Being.
