We Finally Know When The New Season Of ‘Spicks And Specks’ Will Air

It’s been some time since we’ve had a new full blown season of Spicks And Specks for us to sink our teeth into, but now we know exactly when we can expect the recently-announced revival to air.

As reported by NME, the first episode of the new season will premiere on ABC1 at 7:40pm on Sunday, 18th April. It will then air at the same time every following Sunday until it has completed its ten episode run.

We also know some of the guests include G Flip, Missy Higgins, The Teskey Brothers, Alice Skye and more, as well as the some of the staple crowd of beloved comedians like Denise Scott, Frank Woodley and Anne Edmonds.

Of course, the original golden trio of Adam Hills, Myf Warhurst and Alan Brough will be returning as host and team captains respectively.

“Some people made Banana Bread in Lockdown. We made a new series of Spicks and Specks,” Adam Hills said in a press statement.

“Not only did it give us all an excuse to get out of the house, it gave us a chance to showcase a new breed of Australian Musicians and Comedians, while also catching up with some old favourites.

“I’m so proud of the shows we made last year, and I can’t wait for the rest of Australia to see them”.
