Last week, Louis Vuitton held its Men’s Fall-Winter 2022 fashion show at the Carreau du Temple in Paris that was coordinated by late fashion legend Virgil Abloh, who died late last year, aged 41.
Tyler, the Creator provided the score for the show. The rapper’s composition was arranged by Arthur Verocai, with conductor Gustavo Dudamel leading the Chineke! Orchestra, who performed seated at a blue banquet table. Towards the end of the show, Tyler bicycled down the catwalk. You can watch the show in full below.
Earlier today, Tyler shared a slew of behind-the-scenes photos from the event and expressed his gratitude. “I can not articulate what this means to me,” he captioned the post. “Eyes with the water works because these sounds filled the air!”

Tyler was one of many from the world of music who paid tribute to Abloh after the Off-White founder and DJ died following a private cancer battle back in November of last year. Tyler penned a particularly emotional tribute to Abloh on Instagram after his death.
“Passion seeped through everything he did. Whether a random set of songs we’ve never heard or what pantone the wing of a plane should be, he always meant it,” the rapper wrote at the time.
“Sometimes, part of us sharing our wild ideas is to get approval from our peers to keep it pushing, but Virgil was ALWAYS a cheerleader. For everyone. That hand of his opened doors, lead people in and tossed the keys outside for the next person to have.”
