Rihanna is pregnant with a child to her partner, rapper and producer A$AP Rocky.
Rihanna and Rocky were pictured walking the streets of Rocky’s hometown of Harlem, New York City, in a series of photos snapped by celebrity photographer Miles Diggs. Despite the winter weather, Rihanna’s baby bump was proudly on display.
Rihanna wore a hot pink Chanel coat with just one button done up. A bejewelled Christian Lacroix necklace could be seen hanging over her bare stomach. The pictures suggest Rihanna and Rocky are a significant way into the pregnancy.
Rocky confirmed he and Rihanna were a couple in a GQ interview in May 2021. The pair were a hit at the Met Gala in September 2021, leading Elle to name them the event’s “Style Queen And King.” Rihanna and Rocky have been pals since at least 2013 when Rocky appeared as a support act on Rihanna’s Diamonds World Tour.
Rihanna’s latest album, Anti, came out in 2016. Rocky’s most recent album, Testing, came out in 2018. Last week, Rihanna’s foundation, the Clara Lionel Foundation, donated USD$15m to climate justice.
In the six years since Anti, Rihanna launched the cosmetics line Fenty Beauty, the skincare range Fenty Skin, and the Savage X Fenty lingerie brand. Last year she was named a national hero by the government of Barbados – she is now officially known as the Right Excellent Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
