A woman, known only as Jane Doe, is suing Snoop Dogg and his close associate, Don “Magic” Juan, for sexual battery and sexual assault.
The woman, who is reported to be an actor, model, and dancer, claims the alleged incident occurred in Anaheim, California, in 2013.
Juan – also known as Archbishop Don “Da Magic” Juan – is accused of taking the anonymous woman back to his house against her will. He had offered her a ride home, but she fell asleep in the car. The following morning, the woman alleges Juan “forced his penis” into her mouth.
The lawsuit claims Juan took the woman to Snoop Dogg’s studio the next day to see if Snoop would hire her for a role in a TV show. The woman was allegedly cornered by Snoop while using the toilet and forced into oral sex. The lawsuit alleges that Snoop “proceeded to masturbate and ejaculated on [the woman]’s upper chest and lower neck.”
The woman is suing Snoop Dogg and Juan for violating the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, sexual battery and sexual assault.
Snoop Dogg is performing at the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday, 13th February, alongside Dr Dre, Eminem, Mary J Blige and Kendrick Lamar. Earlier this week it was announced Snoop had acquired his former label, Death Row Records.
