Along with her appearances at Beyond The Valley, Wildlands and Field Day this coming December and January, American artist Remi Wolf has announced her debut Australian headline shows for summer 2023.
Remi Wolf will perform at venues in Sydney and Melbourne, drawing material from her acclaimed debut album, Juno, as well as the EPs You’re a Dog!, I’m Allergic to Dogs! and We Love Dogs!.
Remi Wolf – ‘Cake’
It’s been a busy few years for the Californian Remi Wolf, who debuted in 2019 with the single, ‘Guy’. After releasing the three EPs, Wolf issued Juno in October 2021. The album was deemed “bright, hallucinogenic” by Pitchfork and praised for “reclaiming the best parts of ’00s pop” by The Line of Best Fit.
Still, performing remains Wolf’s core love. “Before I really fell in love with writing, I loved performing,” Wolf said in a statement. “That’s always been my home base – it lights something up in my soul that is never lit up at any other time in my life. It’s a very powerful thing, the most expressive I feel I will ever get.”
