Australian band Blue Lucy has announced their new EP ‘Cigarettes and Forget’, which will be released on April 26. The EP includes a unique combination of psych-rock and punk music.
The new EP is influenced by indie pop, rock and punk, their music transcends genres and reflects a true love of creativity and expression. The EP’s lead single “Belong To Love” will be out on April, 5th, before the EP releases on April 26th.

The album includes songs like “Cold Dreams”, “I See The Sun” and “Last Year In Amsterdam”, the EP explores different emotions and experiences. The EP has themes of despair and self-discovery to love and acceptance, each song delivers a powerful message.
Blue Lucy said via a statement.”We shift around from song to song a fair bit,” says the band. “Blue Lucy has never been or never will be a single genre or community band. We love most types of music and we like to allow ourselves to create whatever comes out of us.”
The EP was carefully planned and the music was written by James Catford, Matthew Webster, Liam Martin, Daniel Duke and David Ascoli. The EP is recorded and engineered by James Catford at Twin Earth Studios “Cigarettes and Forget” promises a truly immersive audio experience, mastered by Polybonk’s Darren Zeising, providing listeners with premium sound quality.
