Pitchfork is reporting that ‘hacktivist’ group, Anonymous, has begun work on a social music platform called Anontune.
Apparently, the service – which Wired reports is 20 per cent complete – will allow users to create streamlined playlists that draw content from third-party distributors like YouTube, SoundCloud, and MySpace. A prototype for the service is already online.
