Wu-Tang Clan have been hit with a Sample Suit with two record companies claiming the group’s song New Wu has illegal samples in it.
AllHipHop and Pitchfork report that Bridgeport Music and Westbound Records filed a lawsuit on September 7, claiming New Wu illegally samples four measures (aka 12 seconds) of the Magictones’ 1971 song I’ve Changed.
