You may remember back in October when a very excited Kid Cudi couldn’t hold his tongue any longer and unleashed a flurry of tweets regarding his forthcoming album Indicud. Though the tweet serviced to gee everyone up about the release, there wasn’t much real information to go on, until now.
Kid Cudi has confirmed that the album will feature collaborations from hip hop prodigy Kendrick Lamar (who will be in the country very soon) on the follow-up to a previously released track Solo Dolo. The track will of course be known as Solo Dolo II.
Cudders also confirmed that the timeless expertise of Common will also be included in the album, with the pair teaming up for what would have to be one of the main singles to come off the release.
We now also know that production for the release was aptly handled by 88-Keys and Dot Da Genius. You may remember the last time 88 and Cudi teamed up, with the track Wasting My Minutes. So the potential for this album to be totally mind-blowing is very, very real.
Check out the tweets below and stay tuned for more sneaky up dates from Kid Cudi. Indicud dropping early 2013.
