FBi Reveals Sydney Music, Art & Culture Awards Finalists

Sydney community radio darlings FBi have today announced the short list of outstanding creative figures nominated for the 5th Sydney Music, Art & Culture (SMAC) Awards for 2013.

Out of all the below catagories, the individuals and groups selected share the common denominator of creatively invigorating the city. leaving their finger prints on our community in one way or another, be it through music, food, art of film. The winner of each section will be awarded and crowned the next big thing.

SMAC sees the power returned to the people, after all we are the ones who the creations were, well, created for. Public voting officially opens today. Polls will close January 3rd with the awards kicking off January 17 and broadcast live on FBi 94.5FM.

All the catagories and nominees are listed below, for everything else, check out the SMAC site.
