Melbourne folk outfit Tinpan Orange will showcase their brand new LP, The Bottom Of The Lake with launch shows in Sydney, Melbourne & Perth and appearances at more of the country’s Spring festivals you can poke a stick at in between.
The Bottom Of The Lake, is the follow up to their 2007 gem Death, Love and Buildings and is the debut producing effort of Harry Angus (The Cat Empire) whose extraordinary skills as a multi-instrumentalist and arranger have made him the de facto fourth member of the band and will be joining the trio on the road.
The broad appeal of The Bottom Of The Lake lies beyond the band’s signature gypsy-folk inspired sound, attracting diverse support spanning pop, folk and country as well as blues & jazz radio presenters alike, a testament that Tinpan Orange is a smoldering secret that gently transforms all in its path.
