Up-and-coming Sydney bands Battleships and Nantes will join forces for a co-headlining tour across Australia in late March and early April.
Battleships are armed with a new single As You’d Begun, and are coming off solid reviews for their debut mini album To You, which they released last year. The guys performed at Peats Ridge over New Year’s Eve and also won the triple j Unearthed slot at last year’s Homebake festival.
Meanwhile, Nantes are gearing up to release their debut album Beingsbeing in March, coinciding perfectly with the tour. It’s the follow-up to last year’s self-titled EP, which saw them develop a sturdy fanbase around the country, and airplay on triple j.
