One Trick Pony have posted some freaky news that only this evening there was a fire at one of Sydney’s most beloved venues Goodgod Small Club.
As you can see in the image below, firefighters were on location and no doubt sorted shit out in a swift and thorough manner. The fire apparently started in the Korean restaurant next door to the club during soundcheck. As a result, the New Navy event planned for tonight was canned. Reports show that, sadly, a lone flamingo is currently unaccounted for.
Hosting a pretty decent line up of events, Goodgod quickly stole the hearts of Sydney locals, whether they wanna dance, or rock, or stand around looking cool with their spiced rum and dry ginger ale with a splash of lime.
By the sounds of things no one has been hurt, and festivities will continue as normal from tomorrow onwards. Phew.
