Despite logistics issues, i.e. truck crashes, marring his own ‘Yeezus’ headline tour, Kanye West managed to perform without a hitch when he joined the members of Odd Future on stage at the group’s special Odd Future Carnival event, dubbed Camp Flog Gnaw.
The lineup for Camp Flog Gnaw already boasted the likes of OF leader Tyler, The Creator and his OFWGKTA crew, as well as Frank Ocean, ScHoolboy Q, Flying Lotus, and Mac Miller, with Yeezy coming out at the end of the night to perform two of his own songs.
Tyler, who recently gave an insightful interview on the rebooted Arsenio Hall Show, acted as hype-man for Kanye, who performed Yeezus‘ flagship single, New Slaves, before announcing “I ain’t perform this song in six years,” and working through the Late Registration cut, Late.
