Melburnian psychedelic rockers Closure In Moscow will be back in business with their sophomore full-length studio album Pink Lemonade in the new year, and to get us in the mood they’ve unleashed the first single, The Church Of The Technochrist, along with its mind-bending video.
The clip sees a man walk into bar…and then stuff gets a little twisted and a lot ’70s in a hurry. Probably don’t drop acid before you watch this one. Actually, maybe you should. We’re not really sure. But if you like what you see, you should definitely get all over the quintet’s just-released tour dates and catch all of their live action at a stop near you in November and December.
Pink Lemonade was a crowdfunded effort, produced by Tom Larkin (High Tension, Calling All Cars) and mastered by Howie Weinberg (Beastie Boys, Soundgarden). The album will be hitting shelves in February of 2014, while The Church Of The Technochrist is available now through iTunes.
