Laura Imbruglia and her mighty band have announced their return for one final tour to promote her critically-acclaimed third album, What A Treat, which the singer unveiled last year. Kicking off this February, this new tour will see Imbruglia and co take the album up and down the East Coast.
This tour will see Imbruglia welcome two brand new members into her band, Adam Donovan, lead guitarist of the ARIA-nominated Augie March and James Trewenack of Split Seconds, who will join Dave Rose (The Zebras) and Chris Baker (Anthony Atkinson & The Running Mates).
The tour will celebrate the launch of Imbruglia’s forthcoming music video for the single Straight To The Bar, directed by Stephen Nicolazzo (Little Ones Theatre) and shot on location at North Melbourne’s legendary The Public Bar, with a cast of some of Melbourne’s finest thespians.
This will be your last chance to catch Laura Imbruglia and her band before they retreat back into the rehearsal space to work on new material. The tour kicks off Wednesday, 12th February at Midnight Special in Newtown, before stops in Kincumber, Brisbane, and Melbourne.
