Julian Assange will face the UK Supreme Court today from 9:30pm Australian time (10:30am GMT).

Assange, who has been under house arrest for over 400 days, hopes to avoid extradition to Sweden where he has been accused of rape and sexual assault by two Swedish women following his visit to Stockholm in August 2010.
