Bucking the trend of nasty complaints from neighbours over noise complaints, Tasmanian punks Luca Brasi have shared an undeniably adorable letter their received from their 10-year-old neighbour, complimenting their music and labelling them the most “Awesome Band Ever”.
“Dear Lucabrasi, Hi I’m the daughter of the man next door to you,” the letter begins. “I could hear you singing and I could hear the band playing and I loved it. I can tell you love music and I do as well. Good luck and enjoy the rest of making this songs and the other songs,” it continues.
“Best music ever. I like the singing and the drums and every other instrument,” she concludes sweetly. Luca Brasi shared the letter, correctly noting that, “It doesn’t get any cuter than this.” See the letter in full below.
The most “Awesome Band Ever” are heading out soon on an extensive national tour along with UK skate punks Gnarwolves and Perth indie rockers Tired Lion. It kicks off with a free show in Newcastle on Wednesday, 11th March. See those dates below.
Luca Brasi will also appear at the exclusive Hills Are Alive festival in late March.
