More Acts Added To Groovin The Moo 2016 Lineup

A roster of emerging and local artists set to grace the stages of Groovin The Moo 2016 has been announced.

The lineup, which is sprinkled with triple J Unearthed artists like Eat Your Heart Out (Maitland), LTC (Canberra) and West Thebarton Brothel Party (Oakbank) plus firm local favourites like L-Fresh The Lion (Maitland) Sydney’s Set Mo (Canberra) and Melbourne’s Olympia (Bendigo), adds over 50 exciting artists to the huge headliners already announced.

The likes of Wafia and World Champion are hitting the Maitland stage; Gordi, Hockey Dad and Polish Club will play Canberra; Oakbank will see sets from Grenadiers and A.B Originals; local hip hop stars Dylan Joel and Ivan Ooze will visit Bendigo; Morning Harvey and Nicole Cross will stop by Townsville while Mosquito Coast and Grrl Pal will hit stages in Bunburry.

They are in good company sitting in a countrywide lineup that includes triple j Hottest 100 Winners The Rubens, Sydney super DJ Alison Wonderland, MS MR and Vic Mensa hailing from the US, and Canberra electronica trio SAFIA.

Spin-off festival stage, The Plot will also make a return. Groovin the Moo 2016 will also welcome dance maker Amrita Hepi who will be bringing her Justin Bieber “Sorry” Dance Class to the national festival tour.

Anyone who can’t get to the festival will be pumped to hear that Danny Brown, MS MR, Mutemath, Odesza, Ratatat and Vic Mensa have all announced a string of epic Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth sideshows.
