The album creation of The Necklace was a deeply personal journey for Allday. Following the conclusion of his previous album cycle, he sought solace in Italy, where he worked on an olive farm, distancing himself from the pressures of the music industry. It was during this hiatus that Allday rediscovered his passion for rap and the sheer joy of making music.

Allday is also teaming up once again with his long-time collaborator Simon Lam, they crafted an album rooted in self-realization and growth, promising fans a collection of tracks that showcase his evolution both as an artist and as an individual. Encouraged by Simon Lam to embrace moments of silence within the song, Allday’s delivery carries added emotional depth, solidifying his position as one of Australia’s most cherished voices in hip hop.

Accompanying the release of “Access” is its official music video, directed by Harry Deadman and filmed in New York City. The visual narrative mirrors the song’s themes, exploring the idea that people may not always be who they appear to be at first glance.

With “Access”, Allday sets the stage for what promises to be an amazing album ‘The Necklace’, Fans can pre-order the album now.
