We’ve still got a long bloody time before Spilt Milk returns to Canberra for 2019, but as it turns out an international artist may have alluded to them playing the festival this November.
In case you missed it, Khalid announced a huge Australian tour earlier today. The tour takes place across late November and early December, and is hitting dates all across the country.
However, something of note is that he revealed he is playing shows in Canberra and Ballarat towards the end of November, but the venues have yet to be announced.
While Ballarat still remains a mystery, it seems likely that Khalid might be taking on Spilt Milk 2019. Spilt Milk typically happens in mid-to-late November in Canberra, and historically on a Saturday – the same day Khalid is scheduled to play.
This will be Khalid’s fourth time in Australia over the past two years, but he has never performed in Canberra. So, whether it’s for Spilt Milk or something else entirely, his ACT fans will be absolutely frothing for a chance to see the superstar live.
Last year’s Spilt Milk was headlined by the likes of The Wombats, RL Grime and Angus & Julia Stone, after Childish Gambino pulled out.
