Andrew McManus Fails To Pay Flood Appeal For Charity Gig

Remember the Reggae for Recovery event back in January 2011?

Promoter Andrew McManus originally promoted it as a benefit gig as part of his national Raggamuffin Festival.

The 2011 line-up was to include Mary J. Blige, Jimmy Cliff, Maxi Priest, Sean Paul, The Original Wailers, Ky-Mani Marley, The Black Seeds & The Red Eyes with the Brisbane leg of the tour set to raise shit loads of cash for victims of the devastating Queensland floods.

The ‘sell’ was that he wanted to give back and contribute all profits from the event to the Premier’s Flood Appeal.

Well Queenslanders haven’t received a cent from McManus because he never paid up …
