Angel Olsen has announced a full Australian tour on top of her already announced Meredith and Fairgrounds festival appearances and special Sydney Opera House show.
All up, Olsen will be doing nine shows around the country, touring in support of her forthcoming third album My Woman, which will be out at the beginning of next month.
She’ll play shows in Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, and she’s even going to places often missed by international touring artists like Lismore and Hobart.
Her show at the Sydney Opera House is being billed as an intimate, close-quarters gig, but the others are set to be just as beautiful, with the singer playing in intimate venues like Lismore Town Hall.
This is the first time Olsen has toured the country since early 2015. Back then she was playing her excellent second album Burn Your Fire For No Witness.
