As Melbourne continues to reel in celebration of the imminent easing of restrictions, someone has turned Dan Andrews denying beers to drink something on a higher shelf into a remix. The circle of life continues.
Mashd N Kutcher have delivered a remix of Andrews responding to a question of whether he’ll be getting on the beers to celebrate the easing of restrictions as of 11:59pm tonight.
His answer, “I don’t know that I’ll be drinking a beer tonight. I might go a little higher up the shelf.”
Godspeed.
In case you missed it, as of 11:59pm tonight (Tuesday, 27th October) restaurants, bars, hotels and the like will once again be able to open after months of enduring no business.
In addition to that, and pertinent to us in particular, live music will be able to return to outdoor venues, though members of the bands will be included in the 50 person per two square metre rule that’ll be in place.
Band members will also be required to stand at least two metres apart from one another.
Check out the batshit remix below, and – to Victorians – go for something high up on the shelf tonight yourselves.
