Aussie Punk Rock Superheroes Slowly Slowly & Bec Stevens Team Up On ‘Safety Switch’

Melbourne boys, Slowly Slowly have shared a brand new track today, ‘Safety Switch’. The new track features Adelaide indie-punk artist, Bec Stevens.

‘Safety Switch’ is a fast-paced, tasty punk rock duet that’s layered with these slow, quiet bridges. It’s full of that classic Slowly Slowly storytelling and clever lyricism. It’s honestly a treat.

They shared a film clip too. The clip is footage of Slowly Slowly frontman Ben Stewart and Bec Stevens recording vocals and chilling in the studio, layered with some live footage of Stevens with the band.

Slowly Slowly just wrapped up their regional Aussie tour in Victoria’s Torquay. The band’s played Splendour in the Grass this year, supported Amy Shark on her national tour and they’re set to perform at NYE on the Hill later next month.

Bec Stevens is supporting Frank Turner on his Australian Tour next year. She released her last EP Why Don’t You Just back in February this year.

Have a listen to ‘Safety Switch’ below.
