Rising singer-songwriter Bec Sandridge has released her new In The Fog EP today, and to celebrate its release she’s announced a huge national tour for next year.
The tour will kick off in February, and will see Sandridge take in a whopping nine shows featuring some yet-to-be-announced special guests. The tour announcement comes after a massive 2016 saw Sandridge nab the triple j Unearthed spot at Yours & Owls Festival, open Newtown Festival and tour with Half Moon Run and Little May.
Between now and her tour, Sandridge will also be busy as she gears up to play slots at Fairgrounds Festival, Festival Of The Sun and Ozfest, as well as support shows for Highasakite and both Taronga and Melbourne Zoo’s 2017 twilight concert series’.
Of her new EP, Sandridge tells Music Feeds, “I’ve been sitting on this EP ‘In The Fog’ for two years now, so it’s been a while coming… I’ve been itching to get these songs out but at the same time didn’t want to rush a release. It’s a nice mix of sad, angry boogies…”
