Beyoncé & JAY-Z Drop Surprise Album, ‘Everything Is Love’, & The Internet Has Truly Lost It

The royal couple of modern music, Beyoncé & Jay-Z, have finally dropped their long-rumoured and therefore highly anticipated joint album, Everything Is Loveand they did it the only way they know how: by complete surprise.

The album, which the couple have released under the name ‘The Carters’, was announced at the end of the couple’s London show as part of their OTR II tour, which, by the way, has an all-time setlist. As fans were leaving the venue, with giant letters reading “ALBUM OUT NOW” across all screens. Beyoncé then took to her often neglected Twitter account to say that Everything Is Love was now streaming, exclusively on TIDAL.

The album is nine-track longs and features some absolute ripper callouts from the couple, from Spotify, referencing Beyoncé’s 2016 album Lemonade which is often considered a masterpiece and how she opted to not have it available on any streaming platforms besides TIDAL, to the GRAMMYs, who most recently nominated JAY-Z for eight awards last year (the most out of any nominee for 2017) but was awarded none.

Naturally, the internet is absolutely losing it at the fact that this couple have gone and surprised us with new music once again.

They also dropped a video for the track ‘APESHIT’ which was filmed at The Louvre.

While nothing has been announced just yet, the two are reportedly bringing their OTR II tour to Australia in summer.
