In an absolutely huge get for the 2020 ARIA Awards, Billie Eilish has been added to the already colossal list of performers at the forthcoming ceremony.
While she’ll still be in her home of Los Angeles, of course, she’ll be giving viewers an exclusive performance of her latest single ‘Therefore I Am‘, which dropped last week.
“We are thrilled to welcome global superstar Billie Eilish to this year’s ARIA Awards,” ARIA Chief Executive Dan Rosen said in a press statement.
“Australian music fans have taken her into our hearts, and last year Billie had the highest selling album in Australia with her massive hit WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?. She is truly one of the biggest artists in the world right now, and we can’t wait to see her perform her new song for all her Australian fans on the ARIA stage.”
Eilish joins previously announced performers Tame Impala, Lime Cordiale, Sampa The Great and Amy Shark.
The ceremony, going forth next week on Wednesday, 25th November, will be hosted by Delta Goodrem.
