It’s been four years since Punk rock Canunks Billy Talent rocked up Down Under in a headline capacity. Now the awesome-foursome have announced just that – a run of Australian headline dates, and they mean national.
Melodic, shouty and revved up, Billy Talent has everything a band needs to sell out an Australian tour. Usually reserved for a recent album, this run of dates Down Under is no different with the band’s next opus Afraid Of Heights dropping just days before they arrive on Friday, July 29th.
This time round, the band will be making their first appearances in both Adelaide and Perth as headliners. No strangers to the cities, they’ve performed in support and festival capacity there, but considering the run of ‘national’ tours that have managed to leave off two of our biggest cities – fans will be goddamn pumped.
Catch tour and ticketing details below.
UPDATE 17/08/16: Billy Talent have cancelled their Perth show at Capitol, and have apologised to fans for their performance in Adelaide last night.
