Bluejuice are making sure that their currently-touring Retrospectable Farewell Tour sends them off in style, and they’ve employed some buddies to support them along the way. Those friends include none other than Thelma Plum, The Aston Shuffle, Tyler Touche, Tkay Maizda, Deep Sea Arcade and The Love Junkies, and that list may even expand.
Adelaide hip-hop artist Tkay Maidza recently performed as special guest at Bluejuice’s show in Adelaide. The group are also sending around a petition to try and bring Art V Science and The Jezabels along for various encores. The thing is… Ticket holders will only find out who’s supporting Bluejuice when they arrive at the gigs. How’s that for sneaky?
What’s for sure though is that Jody — described as “Bluejuice’s new favourite Inner-West mope rock band” — will be opening for Bluejuice on all dates excluding WA and North QLD. Tickets for the tour are now sold out in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, with just one under 18s matinee show left in Melbourne. Tickets are still available for Maroochydore, Coolangatta, Byron Bay, Mulgrave, Geelong, Wollongong, Canberra, Newcastle, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns shows.
