The venues and lineups for the inaugural Sydney and Melbourne legs of Brisbane’s Blurst Of Times Festival have just been announced, with all three of the bills headlined by DZ Deathrays and the Hard-Ons.
The event will kick off in Brisbane on October 18th this year before heading south for the first time to Melbourne’s Seaworks on Sunday, 19th October and finishing up at Sydney’s Factory Theatre the following Saturday, 25th October.
The Melbourne bill now includes local acts likes Beaches and Harmony, while the Sydney leg will feature performances from local punks Chicks Who Love Guns and indie rockers Bearhug. Playing both the Sydney and Melbourne stops is indie impressionist Jeremy Neale.
The first Brisbane Blurst of Times lineup also featured Dick Diver, Major Leagues, Orphans Orphans, Victorian punks The UV Race, Blank Realm, who will also play Sydney and Melbourne, and a bunch more.
The Blurst Of Times held its maiden Brisbane event in 2013, and this year’s lineup will grace the stages across three of Brisbane’s most loved venues, including The Brightside, The Brightside carpark and The Zoo.
