Bon Jovi Add Second Melbourne Show To 2013 Australian Tour

Good news, Bon Jovi fans of Australia – the Bad Medicine legends have added a second Melbourne date at Etihad Stadium to the Down Under leg of their Because We Can tour, with general release tickets for all shows going on sale at 12:00pm AEST today.

This might go a little way towards making amends after the small-scale disaster that was the Telstra ticket presale, in which a horde of angry fans missed out on discounted tickets due to live music website Bang Tango being unable to handle the sheer volume of traffic it received.

Kid Rock has been announced as the support for all Australian dates, with promoter Paul Dainty saying the Detroit singer-songwriter won’t be performing any solo shows, despite having never toured Down Under before.

No news yet as to whether Richie Sambora will patch up his differences with the band and rejoin them before the tour hits our shores – we’ll just be Living On A Prayer for the time being.
