Brian Johnson Reportedly Confirms He’s Doing A New Album With AC/DC

There’s hot gossip that another AC/DC album is in the pipeline with none other than Brian Johnson ~back in black~

The source of the rumour is American grindcore act Terrorizer, who reckon they bumped into the rocker at an airport near his home in Florida and he spilled the beans.

According to Blabbermouth, they posted on Facebook: “We ran into Brian Johnson from AC/DC at the airport today after the flight home and we asked him about the rumors of him being on the new AC/DC album and he said ‘yes’ and that he is ‘sick of denying it.’ So that was a cool surprise ending to the tour.”

Rumours of the singer’s involvement with a new Acca Dacca record have been circulating for months, after Johnson and drummer Phil Rudd were photographed with Angus Young and Stevie Young outside Vancouver’s Warehouse Studios.

Acca Dacca released their latest album Rock Or Bust in 2014. Guitarist Malcolm Young died in 2017, however he will reportedly still feature on the rock legends’ next LP.

Super-sub vocalist and Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose previously stated his intent to join AC/DC permanently after filling in for Brian Johnson on tour, but with BJ seemingly back in the fold, it seems like Axl-Dacca may be a thing of the past.

We’ll bring you more news on this as it develops!
