Our friends over at Stoney Roads have been hot on the case of this year’s Stereosonic, exposing yet another potential act for the festival.
The rumours are flying thick and fast. So far we’ve been tipped off about Tiesto, Destructo, Example, Foreign Beggars, Dash Berlin and Dillon Francis; now a close source has added another name to the mix, Brodinski.
The leak comes after the already confirmed Gesaffelstein that not only has a forthcoming release on Brodinski’s label, Bromance, but also played a back-to-back set at the recent Sonar Festival. It would make sense to not exclude Australia in such an amazing spectacle.
Brodinski has built a solid reputation through his genre-jumping producing, which gives fans a taste of techo with some bass heavy house. In the past, the DJ has collabbed with peers such as Yuksek, Mumdance and Guillaume of The Shoes, and more recently teamed up with Manu Barron of Paris’ Social Club to make sweet, sweet music.
So nothing locked in yet, but all signs are pointing to it being a thumbs up. Stay tuned for more Stereo-related leaks and rumours, which I’m sure there will be plenty of.
