Prog-rockers Caligula’s Horse have announced a new national tour in support of their upcoming fourth album In Contact.
The Brisbane band will hit the road this September and October, for gigs in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Newcastle, Sydney and Brisbane, which will be their only Aussie headline shows for 2017.
In Contact is set for release on 15th September, and frontman Jim Grey says the record “has been an enormous proposition”.
“The stories told in this album feel deeply personal, and we’ve never been more excited to share a new work with the world,” he says.
“The sounds on this album are dark and adventurous, but without losing the bittersweet and joyful sounds we developed in writing [previous album] Bloom.”
